NATIONAL PARK VISITOR CENTER
5:15pm, 6:15pm   KhelMel will be presenting a discussion and educational children's play about India using stories, puppets, displays and crafts

5pm, 6pm, 7pm  Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called "Self Realization" (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within in each meditation.

Life Alive will be offering tasting of curried butternut squash over organic brown rice to honor the Indian's ayurvedic healing spice of turmeric...a potent anti-inflammatory.

5pm–7pm   Avalon Healing Studio of Chelmsford will be offering Hatha yoga (basic breathing techniques and postures)
